• For businesses: Business name, email address (via Google Login), phone number, physical address, and service details.
• For customers: The name entered during booking and phone number for confirmation and coordination with the business.

2. How we use data

The collected data is used only for:

• Creating your account and the operation of the booking calendar.
• Sending real-time notifications or push notifications for new appointments.
• Creating booking history for customers at the /miat section.

3. Sharing data with third parties

Rezervim.online does not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Booking data is shared only with the specific business where the customer has booked the appointment, to enable the service.

4. Data security

We implement strong technological security measures to protect your personal data. Access to the management panel is secure via Google OAuth (Better-Auth), minimizing the risk of unauthorized access.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Businesses can delete their account and data directly from the management panel or by contacting us.
