By using the Rezervim.online platform, you fully and without reservation accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these rules, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Rezervim.online provides a digital infrastructure that allows businesses to create dedicated pages for scheduling and accepting bookings online from their customers. We are not a party to the agreements or transactions conducted between businesses and customers.
3. Responsibilities of Businesses
Registered businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their data (name, hours, services, prices) and for managing bookings. Any fraud, unethical behavior, or misuse of customer data will result in immediate termination of the account.
4. Rules for Customer Bookings
Customers can make bookings without needing an account, by entering their name and phone number. Bookings must be made with serious intent. Abuses with fake bookings (repeated no-show or incorrect details) may lead to blocking the phone number from the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rezervim.online is not liable for disputes between business and customer, appointment cancellations, financial losses, or any other damage caused by the temporary malfunction of the platform. The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.
6. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and continued use of the platform is considered acceptance of the new terms.
